Event 1 – The Arrival and Reception of Jesus in Galilee

Matthew 4:17, Mark 1:14b-15, Luke 4:14-15, John 4:45

^J When L Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, ^J The Galileans welcomed him. They had seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, for they also had been there. ^M From that time on Jesus began ^K proclaiming the good news of God. ^L And news about him spread through the whole countryside. ^K “The time has come,” he said, “The Kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!” ^L He taught in their synagogues, and everyone praised him.
